  I had to come on here and say that Romeo is the best, most friendliest and hospitable person I’ve ever interacted with at any Dutch bros location!! I’ve basically been boycotting this company as a whole for quite some time now due to bad experiences with their corporate team but I was really wanting an energy drink today so I went. Romeo was amazing!! We chatted about my car, and he was just so funny and sweet. I hope this company knows how lucky they are to have someone like that working for them and give him a big raise. He’s doing it right. Thank you Romeo!!

  😐 I normally don’t ask for remakes or have terrible tasting drinks from this location… but today was not good. One coffee is complete absent of flavor and is mainly coffee, the lighter colored one.. obviously no coffee and still very bland ☹️ what did I do wrong… I asked for one of my usuals both drink were baaad. And for as many people that were in that little shack, they were so slow.

  We are frequents at this dutch bros. We have spent a lot of money there. Our recent experiences have been not so good. They have not been making our normal drink order correctly. We have been going there for well over a year with the same drink order. They have started giving us trouble remaking our drinks when they mess them up. I have been handed drinks that were were not even close to what I ordered. They recently messed up a 40$ order. When we took the drinks back they did not want to make them right. They had to get the manager on the phone. In which she told the employee to tell us it was the "last time" they will remake our drinks even if they mess them up. We were handed a receipt told to hold on to it so he could give it to them so they would know how to ring the drink up that is on their menu. So now if they make our drinks wrong basically we are stuck with them. We will be contacting their corporate offices over this matter. So if they mess your drink up. You might or might not get it remade. Or you will be stuck with it. Think about that. Do you want to throw money in the trash because the ones we have taken back that were made wrong were missing key ingredients or just was not what we ordered at all. I will say when they were made right it was our go to daily coffee. But not after trying to make us feel in the wrong for returning something that is not correct.

  100 times better than that other place. I always get the Cocomo and the wife gets the Caramel blah blah blah thing.
