I was staying at a hotel and took an Uber to pick up my order. When I called back to speak with a manager regarding the issue, I was placed on hold for 17 minutes. When I finally spoke with the manager, Brenda, she was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to explain my concern about the long wait and more. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I plan to escalate the matter further.

I can't find a way, but I was told that I could just before a store employee hung up on me while trying to get information about why my order was cancelled. Apparently i am outside of their delivery area. The store on NW 150th used to send it to this May location all the time for the same reason. Now the NW 150th store is where I should get my orders, but I either need to call the store directly to place an order or go wait after ordering in person.

I called the store and the woman I spoke to said they were very busy and it would be another 25-30 minutes. Another 30 minutes later it stilled showed it was being prepped, so I called again and the man I spoke to said my pizzas were done and sitting in the warmer. So don’t trust the tracker. Call the store and find out how long your order really will take after placing an online order 😠
