This has been the worst service we have received from BWW. It saddens me because they used to be more attentive to their customers. We thought they must have been busy because when we arrived there was no host at the stand until about 8 mins later. He came and sat us down then I have no idea where he went but it was not back to the host stand. Our server came within 3 mins to get our drink order. Cool, we started pretty nice. My husband and I ordered sodas, my daughter ordered a special lemonade that the bar had to make. About 15 mins later, another server brings my daughter's lemonade and my husband and I still have no drinks. Our server came another 5 mins later with those drinks; she grabbed our food order which I felt better about. Mind you, the restaurant was not even half filled, and no they weren't short staffed as we got to see at least 10 different employees. We watched as a few servers would stand around on their phones. Our server did this quite a lot. About 20 mins in, we still had no food, my husband's drink had been empty for at least 10 mins and our server was no where to be found. My husband had to go to the togo station to get a refill. About 10 mins after this our server tells us our food will be out shortly, were waiting on the cheese steak (understandable). Another 5 mins and the food comes out...it's cold... Even her cheese steak, the one we were waiting on was cold... So for all the time we waited on our food, I'm curious on how long it had actually been ready before our server actually checked on it... She kept standing by the togo station tucked away on her phone. After the food drop, she told us she would be back with utensils as he had a salad and I had saucy chicken...this took another 5 mins. I feel like Flash from Zootopia would have been a better server honestly. I'm pretty understanding to servers and staff members as I have been in their shoes, however, I would never allow my guests/customers go without refills, receive cold food and not have the proper utensils to eat their food when it arrives... This was just all around not a good experience. I had some hope that maybe the ending would be redemption but alas, disappointment was just in my books. We finished, and waited a bit for her to notice we were done as all of us were not eating and kinda looking around. I figured maybe she thinks we're just chatting so I go up to the togo station to grab a togo container and our check (btw our server was once again on her phone and had to have another server get her attention). I get the bill and see they charged us for 2 extra drinks. She did get these removed but I was surprised to see them on there as they were a part of our meals. This whole experience was just so disappointing and honestly I am good on not returning to BWW. The lack of attention, care and the atmosphere wasn't really inviting either based on the demeanors of the employees. I'm sure this does not always happen and again I have never had this bad of an experience but it was enough for me to just be okay with skipping out next time.

I’ve been here multiple times but lately the service has been horrible. Particularly our experience with our Server Molly who not only forgot to refill our drinks the entire time and act like we didn’t exist but had a bad attitude when we brought it up. Looks like she was too busy taking selfies at work instead of caring for her guests! Not smart when your name is on you and anyone can look you up.
Do better.
Smoking in the bar, it’s absolutely disgusting and No, it is not legal to smoke in buildings like Buffalo Wild Wings in Oklahoma because state law prohibits smoking in most indoor public places and workplaces, including restaurants. We frequently come to this location, and have been in the bar prior and didn’t have any problems. If all buffalos allow smoking I’ll go to another restaurant for now on, took way too long to get food, and it showed up cold to the touch.
It’s frustrating to place an order on their website, pay for your items and extra for sauces, leave a generous tip, and get home only to find that you didn’t get what you paid for online. Every. Time. Also, don’t charge $2 for extra ranch and then fill the cup up 1/8 full. It’s not hard to make an effort to be good at what you do. I’m not sure why we even come back. Do better.

I visited this location today with a friend. While the food itself was good, the overall experience was confusing and stressful due to several mistakes and miscommunications.
We ordered the Pick Six Bundle and decided to get 10 wings each. I chose traditional wings, while my friend selected boneless wings in a different flavor. Since I’m not a regular customer and not very familiar with the menu, I did not realize that traditional wings carried an upcharge.
When our wings arrived, both orders were served at the same time. Initially, everything seemed fine, but I later realized that I had been served boneless wings instead of the traditional wings I ordered. I politely brought this to the attention of our server, Molly, who immediately went to the kitchen and had the correct traditional wings brought out. While I appreciated her effort, both the incorrect boneless wings and the correct traditional wings ended up on the table. I did not touch the boneless wings, as they were not what I had ordered.
Before my own confusion, my friend had a separate issue with his order. He had requested the Mango Habanero sauce, but received a different sauce instead. This issue occurred around the same time as my order mix-up and added to the overall chaos at the table. Between both issues, staff — including Molly — were going back and forth to the kitchen and the manager several times, which made it difficult to get clear answers about what was happening.
When the bill arrived, I noticed an extra charge and initially assumed it was for both sets of wings, which made it feel like we were being billed for the incorrect boneless wings as well. After clarification, I realized the extra charge was actually the upcharge for traditional wings included in the Pick Six Bundle. Because I am not familiar with the menu, I had misunderstood this charge at first.
To address the mistakes, the restaurant ultimately comped our bill. While I appreciate that the error was corrected, I did not like how the bill was handled — it was slammed on the table, which felt abrupt and unprofessional.
Overall, while the food itself was good, the experience was confusing and poorly managed. For someone who isn’t familiar with the menu, the unclear communication and handling of mistakes made it difficult to understand what was happening. With better coordination, clearer explanations, and more careful handling of errors, this visit could have been smooth and enjoyable.
