  Did an online take out order and spent almost $50 for 3 ‘meals for them to get two out of the 3 meals wrong . One meal was suppose to be bone in wings and they gave us boneless, and then one meal was suppose to be mild chicken strips, but they didn’t put anything on them and the strips were so tough! All our fries were stale and old tasting. Complete waste of money and I won’t be going to back to this location.

  Came in at 11:00Pm, store was very busy to be expected which was completely understandable. What is not understandable is waiting 25 minutes for drinks, 45 minutes for our entrees and for our appetizers to never show up. We had to ask the server 3 times for EVERY single item, sides, straws, etc. this is quite literally the WORST service I have ever received in my entire life. There was easily 10+ servers all running around talking and barely working. This is extremely dissatisfying and the food was mid quality at best. Dave your time and go to ANY other wing restaurant, wing-stop would’ve had the food out faster than B-Dubs did tonight. First time I’ve never left a tip, and the last time I will ever be in attendance at BWW.

  Conor is the absolute worst server I've had at any restaurant. I left a 2.08 tip or something to make my transaction an EVEN 13 and wrote that very clear and he entered it as a 3 dollar tip and made my transaction 13.82. He smelled horribly of smoke and was clearly going outside to take smoke breaks between serving us. 100% worst service ever and I somehow have to get him every time I go in. Management should 100% be more on him. If I get him again he's not even getting considered for a tip. I write clearly to make the transaction $13 as I'm trusting you with my card and you charge me an extra 80 cents because you wanted it? Yeah no. He also was dancing weirdly around with co workers and just being obnoxious and acting like a child and yes it's a free country but that really weirded me out. Awful experience with that guy.
