    This location on Broadway in Edmond has been very erratic in their service over the last two years. Sometimes great, sometimes horrible. I think it is related to the personnel who is there at any time. But very recently the service has been great. If you like redheads, Shyann is your girl. She works the drive thru. She is hotter than Dana Scully from X-Files. She has a gorgeous smile and will get you your food fast. I hope Arby's doesn't let her go and offers her a manager style position. This is the Arby's to go in this area, for the time being anyway.

    Rude I ordered on the app and said be ready at 11:05 got there at 11:04 my French fries were cold I asked them to remake them got chewed out like it was coming out of there pay check and the dining room always cold
