Rude I ordered on the app and said be ready at 11:05 got there at 11:04 my French fries were cold I asked them to remake them got chewed out like it was coming out of there pay check and the dining room always cold

Fries were cold & tough. Must have been sitting in the bin under the heat lamp for an hour or more. Could not believe that they wouldn't dump them out and make fresh after that much time. Holding time for fries should probably be 10-15 minutes at the most...but what do I know?
