I enjoyed another ham and swiss. This time I chose two of the fries in a container. And I got a large iced tea with lemonade in it. It hit the spot. Thanks!

Came in early in the night for a meal after a late shift and what i guess is suppose to be a "manager", Nathan, was whining about his own staff. after a botched sandwhich he took forever to get me a new one, and did nothing but complain about everyone else without actually doing anything for the customer standing right in front of him. if i could only speak with the manager of the entire crew i'd suggest they find better night managers. I've never had an issue like this with the daytime staff.

I came to Arbys tonight craving a Ham and Cheese.... and a quiet space to work on a few things.
The staff there were incredibly kind, and consistently walking around cleaning.... which was nice to see.
My order was made fresh and was hot and really good (which was really nice!)
One young man (who I am pretty sure is the manager) was especially great with his customer service.
He had a headset and was working on drive thru orders.... while also cleaning, and creating a very professional space. Team members were talking kindly to each other, and even though it was slow, they were all cleaning tables and staying busy.
The dining room was spotless!
I am someone sho cares a lot about customer service and team members being respectful and kind to each other.
Sadly, that's not what I usually see when I go out.
That's why your place stood out and I wanted to take time to recognize your team.
