It is very frustrating, it’s literally a free for all in the line.

Either they made the drink wrong or they don’t clean their espresso heads before pulling decaf espresso shots. I ordered a decaf latte around 6 and i don’t drink any caffeine. It is currently 8pm and my heart is racing after ordering and drinking the latte. I went back around to ask if they made the drink wrong and said they did make it with decaf. It could have been cross contaminated because they did not rinse the espresso head before pulling a decaf shot but there’s no way for me to tell. I didn’t watch the guy make the latte but it came out quick (unusually quick for decaf). I’m kinda peeved because i have to be up early tomorrow and will prob be up tn. Also this could cause someone with heart issues to have a medical crisis. Please get it together on this one DB. I once worked for you guys for 2 years and was at one point a supervisor. I know you read all the reviews. Take it serious or someone could get hurt and you would be liable.

Every barista who works here is a Rock Star! ✨ They are all so hard working; the way they work together as a team is so beautiful to see. They may have two lanes of cars, people walking up, online orders and they never seem stressed! They are all so warm, kind, friendly and patient!! Thank you guys for brightening our day and killing it when it comes to customer interaction If you're not tipping your barista, please tip them! There's a lot going on behind the scenes and they really go the extra mile!!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
