I simply asked if they had a cold brew with cold foam and could add caramel to it. Simple question. He rolled his eyes at me and said "do you just want and Americano? Coffee and water then? He got very impatient after just ONE question. I hurried up and ordered a drink. Then I watched him go inside the door by the drive through and hand someone their drink while spilling it all over them. He was very rude at the window. I am so disappointed because i've been really wanting to try Dutch brothers. Instead, I was left sad and disappointed. Scooters is further but, I will be continuing to make that drive for more friendly service. You don't know what someone is going through and he really hurt my feelings.

- AFAshley FarmerMar 27, 20264.0I never have issues at this Dutch Bros, and I love it. But this time my lid did not securely attach to the top of my hot drink. So when it came into my car it spilled over and into my cup holder/console, splashing on several things in the process. It looked like the lip of the cup had collapsed. It turned out the drink was wrong anyway. I brought it back and explained what happed. The guy at the window was very apologetic, and they remade my drink right away. However, explaining to me that sometimes you get defective supplies doesn't help my situation. Please make sure the lids are secure before handing them out. We love this Dutch Bros and will definitely be back!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
