- LTlele tApr 9, 20261.0Went in for lunch and saw there was a 10 piece tenders. I asked could they separate the tenders ( 5 in one and the other 5 in another container) and employee said yes. As soon as he put my order in, some lady came over and said "oh, we can't do that but we can give you a separate container." I'm like what? Isn't that the same thing I just requested and she said "no, you asked for us to separate the tenders into two separate boxes." I was like I literally just asked for that and she said "no, you asked for us to put into two separate containers and I said we couldn't but we could give you a separate container for you to do it." Okay, got it and walked out. Not really understanding the lack of accommodation. I wanted my co- worker to have her own separate container with tenders and some of the large fries I ordered to share....whatever!

(The girl that was taking our order was friendly) Ok ya we are fast eaters and we are heading home. As soon as it turns 9pm which we are close to done… two people came by our table and told us the lobby closes at 9pm. Ok so I get that they are going to close the lobby… the drive thru stays open until 10pm. Alright so the cleaning could have started in the opposite side of the lobby if they needed to start cleaning! Probably my least favorite chick-fil-a , I have been too.
