  I haven’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in many many years but for some reason I was feeling it tonight. I wanted some garlic Parmesan wings. We get there and the store is very clean. Lana, our amazing waitress, was the exact right amount of attentive. Not so much to be annoying and not so little that we were waiting for anything, and she was very kind, made us feel welcome, and was quick. She also remembered we wanted dessert and got it for us, as I originally told her while we were ordering, complete opposite of some places we’ve been to that rushed us and tried to get us out the door after our entrees. Thank you, Lana, for enhancing our Wednesday night. The food is also good at Buffalo, great sauce selection, it was a good temperature coming out, and awesome fries. We got the $20 dinner for 2 on the back of the menu, which is incredible value. Just remember to tip nicely.

  I have a pick up order, when I got to the pick up counter the server behind the counter, had long hair with dark red highlights, was getting something for another table. When she came back behind the counter she didn't say anything about have I been helped or someone will be with me soon, nothing. I waited for about 5-7 minutes before some else came and asked if I've been helped. She was kind enough to help me with my order.

  Ethan was our server tonight and he was so incredible!! We had a bunch of people and he was so kind and joined us with our fun and laughter!! Highly recommend you have Ethan as your server!

  ethan was our server tonight! May have been the best server we’ve had at this location! He was very patient and attentive, gave great insight and was super personable! Our table loved him!

  I’m a regular at this location at least once a week. I always have great service and the food is good too. But today I had the worst waitress ever. Her name is Skye Lynn. Was having hot wings and had to ask another waitress to get me a refill on my drink. The other waitress told me that my waitress was doing her homework and that there was a party going on in the back for employees. Guess customers don’t count.I’m usually a 25% tipper but not today.
