  Sat in a parking space for 45 minutes just for them to tell me sorry they forgot about me. Then they got my order wrong 3 times and then bragged about how they mess up over 60% of orders and nobody is usually brave enough to come back in. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT EATING HERE. I have contacted corporate because of this because luckily I have them bragging about being so bad and them trying to get me to just leave without getting food all on camera

  We ordered quarter pounders, the worst tasting burgers, dry and no flavor. I really had to look inside the burger to see if there was anything besides the meat. A smidge of Ketchup , Two pickles, And out the window. I will never eat there again. The meat was so bad that when I got home, I tried to feed the meat to my dogs, and they would not even eat it. If that will tell you how bad it was.

  The night manager is horrible doesn’t help if you need help picks and chooses which customers to help friends or whatever for 30 40 mins but acts like their so busy for other customers when the customer service should be for. Everyone and not fake I can tell when it’s fake been around long enough to tell.and also will take the food to certain people in dine in but let others sit up there 30 mins when they could just grab it and take it but I guess they think their only supposed to help friends and certain customers. And I couldn’t remember the night managers name the other night but I think it’s Rochelle or something but she literally ignores half the customers guess she thinks it’s high school and not work and only supposed to help friends or whoever she wants to and literally just ignores other customers she shouldn’t be a manager if that’s how she manages a store.

  Every time I come, no matter if I order ahead on the app or through the drive through, they miss something in my order or give me attitude for asking for sauce at the window. Also every time I have to pull over to the side and wait 10-15 minutes even if I only get one meal. I’m so very disappointed in this “fast” food restaurant.
