- TTTracieFeb 11, 20261.0First time ever eating at a wing-stop and my mother and I didnt have such good service or good wings. We ordered and paid then the girl gave us our cups an then told us there was no ice. We asked if the drinks were still cold an she said that other people have still getting there drinks. Even thou that didnt really anser my question I just said okay and got me a coke. It was so flat I had to get something different. The wings were so tough we couldnt eat them. (The Sauce flavor and the fries tasted great!) I went to the bathroom to wash my hands after eating i soap all over my hands an then there was no water! So that's how our first time at a wing-stop went! 🤦🏻♀️

- PPPoppyJan 17, 20265.0I was working doordash throughout the day and when I came to pick up an order it was fairly busy and there was a nice lady in the front who gave me a drink while I waited which was already 10/10 service in my opinion. After I finished working I decided to come back and get my own food, and the food was great. They separated the spicy wings from the regular ones which is HUGE, they generously gave us a few extra boneless wings without even asking, and some of the wing sizes were crazy big like mini chicken tenders. Honestly I've never had a bad experience here. It gets super busy from time to time and you will have to wait but you can see their team is always hard at work preparing your food fresh, so makes it all the worth it.

Also ordered the same time as another couple and they received there 30 wings about 8 minutes after ordering. As someone whom has worked fast food at Applebee's. This is ridiculous we need a better wing place with better service then this. I really almost got myself in trouble and lost my cool
