  Ordered over 30 minutes before closing and was treated like I’d committed a crime. The staff was openly hostile, had to ask if they were even allowed to take my order, and had already shut down the soda machine. Apparently, “closing at 10” now means quitting at 9:30. Smashburger has been declining for 7+ years—overpriced, low-effort food and consistently bad attitudes. This isn’t fast casual anymore; it’s contempt with a receipt. No one likes pepper bathed burgers, thanks for making sick.

  The three times, in the last six years that my wife and I ate at smashburgers. The meat was very raw, cold. The fries very cold, no salt. Way Over Priced!!! All three times took at least a Hour to are burgers.

  Soggy fries and flavorless burgers. Save your money and get something outside of the casino.

  The burgers look small at first glance, but they are indeed smash burgers and fill you up very quickly. The burgers came out sooner than we expected and they were hot, fresh and full of flavor. The toppings complimented the burgers perfectly as they were fresh as well. The fries were warm, not hot. That was the only downside of the meal.
