  Even if there are only 2 people waiting for their order, they'd still find a way to take 20+ minutes making each order. After 9 p.m., be prepared to wait an absurd amount of time to get your food.

  So we went to wendys to get our toddler and us some ice cream tonight, we very rarely go out. And we ordered something weve ordered before during the day, which was the frosty. One brownie batter frosty, one strawberry swirl frosty, and one caramel crunch frosty. When we got them, they were watery loose, and there was absolutely no crunch in the caramel crunch. We decided due to the frustrated attitude the cashier had for us just pulling up to order in the first place. That we will just go to braums. So we went inside to let them know the problem. And that we would just like our money back, we brought in the ice creams to show them. We were very kind to them. But immediately got a terrible attitude from the short haired woman with tattoos on her face. sorry i didn't get her name. She was saying right off the bat, that there was nothing wrong with them , and she cannot handle this, throwing her hands in the air, and acting ridiculous. And after she made a huge deal about it, called the other lady to come up take care of it because she said we were wrong. And she doesn't want to put up with it. So the second lady asked us what was wrong, and we told her that we didn't understand the attitude we received. And we let her know that we just wanted our money back. she looked at the drinks and agreed that they were way loose and was kind and offered to fix it , but at that point , we just wanted to take our money and go. Absolute, terrible experience! awful customer service from the lady with short hair and tattoos on her face!! made us feel like complete crud, for just wanting are money back. So me and my family will not be going there for a while , especially when that woman is working.

  There's no reason I should be given cold, stale fries at 5pm any day of the week.

  My favorite when it comes to fast food. The chicken is always tender and crunchy.
