This place is amazing and I know and understand you usually have to wait a while, because of their loyal customers, but it’s well worth the wait! It is definitely a well-oiled machine, from the time you’re greeted with a smile from the friendly people taking your order, paying is a breeze as they accept tap to pay, they keep track of your purchases and give you rewards, then you reach the pick-up area and are met with other smiling faces, they may even have a brief conversation while you’re waiting. They’re always very upbeat and polite, and it’s obvious they really care about getting your order to you exactly as you ordered it, and quickly as possible! I love the experience every time I visit! I love both the Blondie with the Brunette base and the Funnelcake Cappuccino! Keep up the excellent work, Everyone and thank you!

Every visit my drink tastes different (I’m a creature of habit and get the same drink). I have had multiple rewards that aren’t even asked about. The service is slow most days. Today I came they were out of the flavors needed to make my drink. I tried something new but before I even finished paying the drink was already done. Crazy because when I asked how the girl said “they are just really fast”. I took a sip of it and I asked are you sure this is what I ordered. She said maybe. It wasn’t. I could tell it wasn’t, So straight up lied to me. I will not be coming to this location anytime soon.
