  Was in yesterday placed order online was charged for the order went in to pick it up and Kathy said she did not have an order attempted to show her the charge she said no order and not her problem tried to show her she began to holler do dash not her problem I did not order on door dash no explanation just hollering at me to leave i paid for an order I want my sandwich after about 30 minutes the order comes through she is she said Kathy a black lady and is the rudest person I have ever dealt with we order 3 to 4 sandwiches at least twice a week and will not be back if the owner doesn't care I dont either won't ever be back and if Kathy's not happy working there maybe she needs to take that smart mouth somewhere else DONE WITH THIS DISGUSTING PLACE

  Kathy, the gatekeeper at this subway location, is undoubtedly one of the most difficult employees I've encountered. The overall experience here is disappointing. Based on other reviews, it seems Kathy might be hoarding pickles, given her reluctance to fulfill orders properly. She outright claimed there are no options for extra toppings and didn’t even recognize what a veggie delight is. If you’re unable to treat customers with respect, perhaps it’s time to reconsider your role in this business.

  Let me save you some irritation. Just skip the Del City location. I have walked out the last two times I visited this store. You are lucky if you are greeted when you walk in the door. They are far too busy making on line orders to accommodate customers right in front of them.
