  I had my three grandchildren and went through the drive through, got my order, went home to discover it was not my order. Called the store to let them know I was on my way back and hoped they could start my correct order. The manager was rude, told me no they could not do that and that I would have to come in the store, I could not go through the drive through. I went back, came into the store -I was flustered and left the wrong order in my car. the manager treated me so poorly, never an apology, told me I had to return the wrong order, I went to the car and of course gave the wrong order back, so insulting. No mention of sorry for the inconvenience of dragging a baby and two kids back out. Hastily she asked if I received my cones, which I said yes and the drinks to my order. I told her I already had the happy meals. She asked me if they pulled me over to a spot and I told her no. I felt like I did something wrong by the time the interaction was complete. I stood there waiting and waiting and finally someone came out of the back with a bag and just placed it on a shelf. I asked if that was my order, they nodded yes. I got back home, dragged the baby and all of the kids back in the house, sat down to eat together and the order was STILL wrong. At this point I called the District Manager, left a message. That was over a week ago. I spent almost $50 on a lunch that was cold, wrong, and in the process got treated with nothing but disrespect. AVOID THIS STORE.

  The employees absolutely don’t want to be there. Before the remodel everything was great. Now the food and people just suck. Always getting food wrong, no customer service period. Go somewhere else.

  I used to brag about this location prior to the remodel and rash of new hires. Since then, this location is nothing but bad attitude and horrible service. And even the food quality has gone slightly downhill. (I ordered a Big Mac woth no lettuce or pickle.... THREE remakes to get that right 😆 ) The people they've hired for the lobby are rude and act like they are bothered by what they do. They will walk right past you without even acknowledging you exist and when they finally do, it's usually a "what you need?" With a rude tone, And then a 15 minute wait for whatever it is that you ask for. Now there are some solid employees still here, but the majority of the new hires really do diminish the experience here. I understand needing to hire people, I just don't understand how management was able to put together a solid team pre-remodel and now it is really turning into another poorly ran location customer service wise.
