  Man if it ain't one thing it's another with this place. I just know other locations don't have as poor service. I go to this one because it's close to home. I ordered a 20 piece all flat. I get home to find out they're not all flats. No big deal right? Go back up there get it remade. Get back home just to see that there are 2 completely different flavors now in the box that I didn't order. But they got the flats right. Go figure. I won't be back. I will gladly go to any other BWW than this one again.

  Got the 6 for $19.99 . More food for less than Wingstop. I've been multiple times and never had bad service or food. Highly recommend.

  THE FOOD SUCKS!!!!! I ordered 2/ 20pc chicken wings... bone in and out ( super over cooked and taste like they warmed it up). 2 burgers (taste nasty) fries, potato wedges, and onion rings ( all taste old like they been sitting in old Grease/ served yesterday and warmed up for today ) NEVER AGAIN! WHOEVER is COOKING in that Kitchen NEEDS to be FIRED! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED. THIS FOOD SHOULD BE FRESH! I will let everyone know how nasty this place is. My food came to about $78 and some change.. UR FOOD IS NASTY AND OLD!

  They're Not Competent. Previously, they gave me the wrong order, and this time they gave me only 16 wings when I ordered 20.

  I pre-ordered online a 30 piece wings combo. I scheduled a pickup time for 11:30 am. When I got there to pick up my order, they had no record of my order. I showed them the email confirmation. Yes it was the correct location. Just frustrated that in 2026 they aren't able to execute online orders. Incidentally, another lady was there with the exact same problem. So not an isolated incident.
