  Placed a takeout order after a long day of work and I accidentally placed the order twice and paid for the order twice, the manager Katherine (I think that was her name) called me because she noticed the order was duplicated and called to make sure and canceled one order for me and I got there and she showed me all my food and everything was right. Very nice lady. It was also ready way before the estimated time! EDIT: was 5 stars but now it’s not. It has been a month since I accidentally placed that order that the manager said was canceled and I wouldn’t get charged for / refunded and the charge went through and it has been 15 business days with no refund. 🙄

  They do every deal there is on the app but when I ask where are my 15 wings on traditional Tuesday when it’s BOGO Tuesday and I have the restaurant chosen and offered redeemed it’s all of a sudden not a participating restaurant. After asking for the manager when the first employee tried to tell me they don’t do it on 15pc. Either bww needs to start paying their employees more or hiring better people always inconsistent here in del city.
