  The last 4 orders have been so screwed up. Every sandwich smashed and nasty. I just had 45 dollars pulled from my card for crap...again. wth is wrong with this location? Thank you to Arbys corporate, I had a hard time understanding the guys there. Will not go to another rip off people kind of place again. And I see Arbys AI commenting on bad reviews and encouraging people to give their feedback...what good does it do? None. Arbys obviously doesn't care.

  Dine-In order placed at 5:51 PM. Order received at 6:04 PM. 13 minutes for a small, basic order seems too long for fast food, especially when it wasn't that crowded.

  Edit: if i could give negative stars i would. Again in one week, they were out of au jus sauce. And didnt tell me until i after i paid. So i paid for a french dip, wothout the dip. I will not be returning. This store needs a proper trainee to come teach these employees. the service was basically non existent. They couldnt find the cinnamon for the apple pie shake. When i asked for a cup for my drink, the cashier just tossed it onto the table. They didnt have any napkins in the dispenser. When i asked an employee for some he acted like i was bothering him. Over half of the tables were dirty. They were almost out of au jus sauce for the French dip. So I had enough for half my sandwich. There was a huge line waiting when I left and no one was at the counter Im not sure if there was a manager today. But they need to do a little better training on the crew that was working today. 12/20/2025 around 1:00pm.

  Very clean facility great food and Mery was amazing super friendly and joyful. Great atmosphere. My favorite Arby’s ever!!

  Just finished eating at the new Arby’s on hwy 20 and walked away disappointed. Reason is my double classic roast beef was slapped together poorly and the size of the meat was not a double because it was not as full as what I receive from the Arby’s at 116 in Owasso. My husband decided to try the new double fried turkey club which ended up being a mistake. The sun is small in size, the bun was not toasted as the description on Arby’s site states it should be, there was just a string piece of lettus if you want to call it that and the turkey was refrigerator cold. The turkey could have fit on one side of the small sub it was not the full 8 ozs it was to be. And what is with it being cold if they say double fried and sun to be toasted and the cheese to be melted. Doesn’t that give the impression it should be hot. Oh and I forgot about the tiny tomato it was green with a speck of orange. Ok so it’s a new place but these employees need to do a better job in weighing the meats out until they know the proper weight of the meats. We seen another lady purchase the sun and she asked for double Lettie and got none. Her sub at least had more meat but hers was cold too and no toasted bun. Make sure you tell them they need to measure your meat and if you want anything hot tell them that too. My double classic roast beef was room temperature when I received it. I am glad this is on hey 20 but it really needs improvement before it gets started. This could be a really good one if they try harder to meet the proper standards of Arby’s. Right now I will take the extra drive to the one on 116 cause it’s always making sure the meat is the proper size.
