Ordered ahead on the app to try and save a bit of time in getting our food. I arrived in the drive-thru, which was backed up to the entrance of the parking lot. Not a big deal, it was dinner time. I end up sitting in said line, however, for THIRTY MINUTES waiting for my food. There were literally two cars ahead of me, and both of those cars I witnessed (along with other customers who ordered pick up in store) have to pull BACK into the Taco Bell to have their orders fixed. When it was finally my turn, the girl who gave me my drinks practically tossed it into my car and slammed the window shut. I waited another TWENTY MINUTES to receive my food, where I witnessed the teenage employees run around the kitchen, giggling and gossiping, and not doing their jobs instead of getting people's orders out to them. Once I finally received my order, the guy who handed it to me gave me the bag with the same gusto as the first girl, before slamming the window shut once more without saying anything and simply staring at me through the window. There was no have a nice day, here's your order, nothing. I had no idea if that was all. Assuming it was, I journeyed back home, where I discovered that my bag of cinnamon twists was substituted without my knowledge for FOUR DORITOS LOCOS TACOS. I'm sorry, in WHAT universe is it appropriate to substitute cinnamon twists for those devil tacos ?!? I am infuriated with the service here, the way in which the employees treat customers, and the food that I received. I literally just wanted to enjoy my cinnamon twists, but now I guess I have to figure out what to do with four Doritos locos tacos.
