Store trying to close early, turned off drive thru lights. Say they normally close early on Thanksgiving eve.

They have gone down hill in the year I have been going to this location, service, speed, and food quality. Used to be a good lunch spot but not so much anymore.
They never give food at the drive through, they make you move and wait in front of their building. I can only assume this is to keep their "Drive through time" down. Then you will wait 10-15 minutes for food that is not even fresh and hot.
Very disappointed almost every time we give them a try.

Waited over 10 mins and got cold overcooked fries and the lady that took my order told me that sweet chili replaces sweet n sour and that it tasted the same ...well they do not taste the same at all! Only good thing is my nuggets were warm!
