- HEHannah Eubanks4 days ago1.0They somehow manage to screw my order up every single time. They always forget something. I ordered an açai bowl and I put no blueberries sub strawberry and what did I get you ask? I got granola and bananas with the absolute thinnest açaí layer at the bottom Nutella was missing, honey was missing, And strawberries were missing. I also ordered a side and I didn’t get that either. They seem to only hire incompetent workers.

I am noticing more and more drive through communication being broken down and not in the best ways. First off talk back to your customer to understand them. Tell them a total and when to pull around promptly after they said they're finished ordering.
