As we waited I noticed there were 2 workstations. The one on the left was for the drive through and the one on the right was working on dine in orders. As I stood, waiting, I noticed how fast the left side was working and how the 2 boys on the right were doing nothing but “goofing off”! The left side had sent out 13 orders and the boys on the right had done 1!!! I even watched them completely burn two burritos and instead of remaking them, they wrapped them up, put them in a sack and have them to a customer. Finally at 8:03 we got our order and half of it was missing!!! There is no excuse for customer service such as this! It will be a long time, if ever that I will go back to that Taco Bell!
