I have 3 hungry boys and they never get full here. The sauce for the wings is always barely any on them. The fries are hard. The service is slow. It’s just frustrating. This is EVERY TIME we come in. It’s not just here and there, the whole experience is awful. Which sucks because our kids love it but it is not worth the money!

I placed an online order and waited 45 mins for it to be delivered just to get notification that the order was canceled and to call the store. I called the store and spoke to a women that said that the order had never been received even tho the order was placed on their app and she would get the manager. I waited for 13 minutes on hold just for the manager to get on the phone and blame anybody but themselves I then asked if their would be anything for waiting over an hour and got told it is not their fault and there nothing they will do. My recommendation is if your order gets canceled there's no reason to call because they will take no accountability and blame anyone but themselves and the manager will get angry at you for being upset.
