  A couple of months ago I dined in and had a 55 minute wait on food out of the kitchen. Yesterday, mid-day Saturday, I tried again. The waitress was kind enough to inform us as we sat down that food wait time was 45 minutes even though there were only 2 other tables occupied in the whole restaurant. She said that takeout took priority and they were short staffed. They are making it hard to want to return.

  Ordered at 11:25am today Sunday, to pickup at 5pm, before Super Bowl,. I got there at 4:30 and checked in. They said 20 minutes. At 5:10 they said 1 hr wait. Poor management

  Ordered a To-go order for my daughter / wife after an event. Nothing crazy, 2 orders of wings and 2 appetizers. I put the order in at 5:00 and They said it would be ready at 5:30. It’s currently 6:20 and I’m still standing here, with my daughter in the car. The servers were nice and I felt like they empathized, but it was still over an hour (and counting) after the website said it would be ready. The reasoning was they are short staffed, but I’ve been here 4 times and it’s always like that…. I always almost talk myself out of going for that reason, but convince myself to give them another shot because my wife loves bww. It’s officially my last time even attempting to get food from this place. Whatever is going on, is systemic and I have 0 faith it’ll ever get better. Fair warning, if you order food from there to-go, make sure you add an hour and a half buffer.

  Price alone is to high but I looked past that becuase i do enjoy they're wings but I should not have to wait over an hour for a takeout order. I orders a 15 peice of boneless wings and was told to expect a 20 min wait. They were busy so I understand but I waited over an hour. That's insane. I know it doesnt an hour to get one order of 15 wings out. Worst experience ive ever had.

  Mozzarella sticks came out cold and not cooked all the way through. Wings came out barely sauced and cold and we're very small. I asked for more sauce because my wings didnt have any and got charged for both flavors. Drinks took forever to get refilled. Waiter disappeared and wife had to ask take out lady where our waiter was for a check. Will definitely be going to a different location from now on.
