Absolutely a nightmare. We waited almost an hour & a half and never got our food & we only checked on after we complained. Not to mention the staff had terrible attitudes

They took a very long time getting our food. We didn’t even get our food, 1 hour wait and terrible service. Don’t come on Sundays

Our server did an amazing job keeping our (9 of us) drinks full and serving our food.... BUT
the food was cold, wrong, incomplete or an incredibly small portion...
One plate of food was completely cold & sent back
2 had the grilled dippers and the 3 strips were the size of fingers ($13)
Another's Chicken sandwich came with Buffalo sauce instead of honey BBQ
My crispy chicken sandwich had only a bun & patty (just a dry bun), no mayo or Pickles (as listed on the menu)

We only went because we got a gift card. My hubby usually loves BWW and has been really wanting to go for some time. My mother and father did not have a good time regarding service or their meal and they went a few days before us. That should've been our first clue. We went around 3:45 today, there was only one or two other tables being tended tooso we figured it would be an simple in and out experience.
First, the good. Our waitress sat us in a very timely manner, as expected with almost no one there. She tended to us very well at the beginning, almost too well. Unfortunately, with tipped servers these days it's been getting easier and easier to tell who's trying too hard just for a good tip. She suggested we get the 6 for 2 or whatever. It was $20 for two entrees, two sides, and two soft drinks. Very glad that she suggested that. Definitely a deal worth going for. My food was hot and just how I liked it. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and got that. Amazing. No notes to add about atmosphere, it's exactly what you'd expect from a BWW.
Now the bad. They were apparently out of liquor. I'm pregnant so did not order a drink, just a soda. However, my hubby wanted one mixed drink, we sat for a couple minutes before our waitress came back and told us they didn't have everything to make it. Alright cool. We asked for more time to look over their mix drink options again. We compared the drinks to make sure the second drink had nothing from the first so we'd be less likely to be turned down again. It took quite some time before she got back to us. I'm pretty sure she forgot because she only came back out to us when our food was done. When we ordered again she was like "oh yea! Ok" prompting me to believe she completely forgot. We began eating our food (I'll come back to this) and waited for some time. By the time we began going "the drink should be out any time now" she comes around the corner saying they also couldn't make that drink. "Our liquor truck should be coming in any day now" we don't know if they were out of mixers or out of liquor but it was just baffling that you're out of everything. Like I said, we compared drinks to make sure nothing was the same from the first. Now to the food. Like I said, mine was good. But my hubby's was not. It was cold, didn't even seem to be warm from a heat lamp. He ate it with no complaints but we were a bit frustrated at this point. Lastly... we still left a tip. Our total before tip was $28.59. I rounded up to $32 dollars. I filled out my customer copy receipt right along side the cashiers receipt. I got home to check my balance and was charged $34.31. Maybe it's a holding fee, we will return tomorrow as it's too late for us now to be leaving the house again. I will update this section if all goes well. But overall, the experience was very frustrating. Hubby keeps going "it's very depressing, they used to be so good even when it wasn't peak hours" so for my first memorable time being there, I've come to the conclusion we probably won't be back. Or we'll try a different location in the future. After reading recent reviews of this location, I'm willing to believe it may just be this location and not the chain as a whole.

The place is like any other buffalo wild wings except the audio of the place is terrible but they are working on fixing it but we've heard that for years. The staff there are nice and the food is good.
