  Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles. My server today was BRANDY. She was patient while I made sure I had my husband’s order right. She made the sandwich with good amounts of lettuce and onions, peppers etc. while I waited on my order there was another associate cleaning the floors and tables. They were really on top of things. She made casual conversation and did mention this location has new owners ! I’m not from the area but if that means anything good for the residents that’s awesome. I’ll probably drop by again cause the sandwich was nicely prepared but most of all I appreciate good customer service.

  Sandy and Brandy did a great job today during the lunch rush. They ran out of lettuce and one of them had to go get more, and still took care of everyone. Give them a raise!

  Flatbread was very dry, and somewhat stale tasting. The beef was strange looking, almost like potted meat. Probably won’t go back, especially for a $17.00 combo…

  Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked in and the two ladies behind the counter were being rude to a customer politely asking if his pickup order was ready. When it was my turn I got half scoops of everything and when I asked for extra pickles (because she gave me one pickle) and the lady said “nope”. I said “sorry i couldn’t hear you.” Thinking she was kidding. She says “you can’t have extra pickles because we’re not allowed to.” I said “oh I didn’t know that you couldn’t ask for extra. Could you just charge me extra?” She said “nope can’t.” Which was so bizarre to me. It wasn’t really about the pickles but the whole interaction was very cold and rude. She asked me “have you ever been to a subway before?” Like oh my god lady. I literally never leave reviews because I understand that people are busy or their bosses are super hard on them but I really didn’t like the way the two ladies behind the counter were talking to everyone. It was incredibly rude and I would never recommend this subway again.
