Stopped at this location to get myself and my family member 2 subs with the BOGO1. I pulled up my app that has the current offer and that shows I’m a rewards member. I order 2 12” subs. Get to the register and they tell me they don’t do “coupons”. I said I was a rewards member and this is the current national promo. I had it pulled up on my phone. They refused to honor the deal here. No notice posted anywhere that this isnt honored. I was locked into spending TWICE the amount I had planned. How am I supposed to know a store 3 hours from my home that I’ve never been to doesn’t follow the national current promo that I had in print on the VIP rewards app. BS! Very angry about this! If I’m ever in the area, I will not return to this location.
