    Person making sandwiches screamed the whole time. Making it very unpleasnt to wait on the meal I ordered. Also it took 30 minutes to get a sandwich and fries.

    I tell you what\nIt goes back to in my little jeans when I first remembered biting into ARB sandwich and I spit out.I said, Grandma, it's got onions.She slapped my face and got me a plain one with cheese on it dripping , and I loved her ever since , and forgave her for beating me of all the years

    Absolute worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. And they get WORSE every time I stop in. I’m local to this one, so I stop here often, but I’m SO DONE going here and getting screwed over. Save yourself time and drive to a different one. Every time I go they give me the absolute skimpiest sandwiches I’ve ever seen. I just paid 20$ for a meal for ONE person and they put 1/4 of the meat that any other Arby’s would.

    When I called them over the phone to ask if they were still open because when I came by last time they were closed early and when I called the first time I thought it was an interruption on my end and so when I called the second time the employee very rudely asked why I called the restaurant to ask if it was open and so I just ended that call very rude service I don't think I'll be eating there because of that.

    Usually I love the fast food restaurants in Choctaw. They're clean & customer service is always good too. So I was shocked by how the girl in the drive thru behaved (Nora I believe). Considering there were NO customers, dining in or drive thru!! Her tone was irritated half way through ordering my food which is not only rude, but ridiculous when you have no other customers. So when I got to the window, I asked her to give me a sec to pull up the app. That apparently was a huge inconvenience cause as soon as I said that, she asked somebody what her drive thru time was. I'm guessing she didn't like the answer, afterwards she started cussing and clearly showing how annoyed she was about it & kept urging for me to hand her my money faster. I honestly hesitated to just refund the whole thing, rather than deal with her bad, stuck-up, inconsiderate attitude. I spent $40 on the damn food here!! There are SO many other places I could be spending that $40 & getting treated like a customer, instead of an inconvenience. I've worked customer service for YEARS, a lot of that spent at Rib Crib. I would have lost my job immediately acting the way she did. You shouldn't work in customer service or hospitality, if you don't know how to be kind to others & also have a little patience. Hopefully her boss can teach her a thing or 2 about courtesy & how you treat a paying customer!! Otherwise the business will not last long. Next time I will drive the extra 10 miles to Midwest city.
