I have Ordered 2x’s using the mobile app and each time have not received my sides. I called to try to complain and ended up having to end my call because “upper management”, man would only state he was upper management not give his name nor title, began yelling at me. I called to inform the store manager of issue and of my complaint and instead got yelled at by staff and my money taking from because there was no resolution to not receiving my full order. Stop yelling at customers and Do better Wingstop

I went today at about 1pm and got the Mango Habernero wings and they were awesome. I love the new Wingstop and Chickasha and will continue making it my first choice to eat at. Marie is such a wonderful person with a smile. Thank you for the awesome experience. The fries were perfect and salted to perfection!

Are they short of Sauce or something, why are not adding enough sauce to the to go orders, wasted 20 bucks for trashing the food. would not recommend for enjoying proper sauced wings, suggest to go to buffelo wild wings even if its an hour away.

I went in tonight and ordered the chicken sandwich combo and they told me they didn’t have fries die to the high volume of customers they’ve had since they’ve opened. Everyone in there was very helpful in offering me a replacement side or a refund I went ahead accepted the refund. I do wanna say Hayden Williams I believe thats his name, he went above and beyond to answer my questions and made sure I left in great spirits even after the mix up also made sure everything was amazing even at 9:45 at night.

So tonight was an experience. We ordered our first of many to come orders. We did it online for pickup. Smart move on our part. They are still in the honeymoon phase, crowded as all get up. If you want the fries hot you gotta commit to braving the insanity that is that enviorment. 7 miles away from that crazy house and the fries were room temp on top and maybe a bit warmer on the bottom of the basket. Lets talk fries, first you get three levels of application of flavor levels. Lite, reg, and extra. We went with reg on the cajun and parmesan. The reg application was fine for the parm( good flavor per bite), but extra will be ordered for the cajun next time( flavor was hit and miss per fry, with how good the cajun flavor is, when you get a seasoned fry I want that bite on all of them). Dipping Sauces 2 avail sizes(reg or large), we went with large on ranch and blue cheese. The ranch cannot be topped by anything in this town. The blue cheese put my wife in a state of rare culinary bliss. I tried it and it was better than anything not created by my grandfather. Ok, so the wings. Here we go... got the 30 for 30. 10 lemon pepper, 10 garlic parm, and 10 spicy korean. Mix of flat and drum. The lemon pepper was the most fresh lemon I have ever tasted on any meat from a restaurant, the pepper level was perfect. The flavors did not compete, they complimented with the lemon edging just a hair. I cant stop thinking about that lemon. To my surprise my wife agreed. The parm tasted like parm wings. In my opinion it had a flavor that doesnt support gourging the creamy overtone was a bit too heavy. Less cream more parm would be the solution in my humble opinion. Last, but certainly not least the spicy korean wings were amazing. Perfect amount of heat, keeping them off the crazy hot list. These would be the wing I would order if I was hosting. Very likable, very satisfying for long term grubbing. Ok so there was one more thing I wish I had gotten hot because the luke warm was banging. Thats the cajun corn on the cob. Holy smokes they were amazing and cut into about 2 to 3 inch pieces. We got 10 pieces with our order. What a treat! There you have it folks. Enjoy!
