I brought my family here for a quick dinner after a night of basketball and it was the worst service we have ever had at any establishment ever! All over one mistake. One combo hamburger was not made as we ordered, my husband brought the meal up to the counter and waited and waited to have someone acknowledge he was there, only to be yelled at by the guy in the back messing up peoples orders. My husband is hard of hearing anyways so he told the guy that he couldn’t hear him and to stop yelling. My husband told the guy that the burger was not made how it was ordered and the guy started yelling again. Once again my husband politely asked for the burger to be made as it was originally ordered. The guy remade the burger, but his attitude was the worst I have seen in a long time, from an adult at least. Also they didn’t put ice in our drinks and when it was mentioned they gave us a huge cup of ice, tell me how well it works to dump ice in a cup that is already plum full of soda…..🤦🏻♀️. These employees should be thankful to have a job and I hope they treat other customers more respectful than we were treated tonight.
