  Went through Oklahoma and stopped and Justine was very nice! Best Dairy Queen experince I've had.

  Got super cold fries with our dinner tn and let the lady at the window know about it and she informed her manager. I could hear her tell the lady at the window that she literally just made them 2 mins ago (she did not because these babies were stale and cold) she said she would have them remade and brought out. I pulled up and waited for 15 mins! I could see waiting this long if they had a full Parking lot and a line, but there wasn’t anyone but one other person in line. I eventually had to get out to go in to tell them about my ice cream because it was MELTING like crazy and was met a woman at the door with my fries. I let her know about the ice cream and she said I can tell my manager and I said please would you and followed her in. Her manager came around the corner and told me that it wasn’t her problem once it went out her window. I let her know that I had been waiting on fresh food for 15 mins for fresh food and was not going to eat my dessert before dinner. She grabbed the ice cream and said “fine! I’ll just pay for it myself!” I told her okay and she remade the ice cream and put it on the counter and grabbed the spoon out of the other one and placed it in the other. No apologies, no customer service, and no care for the customers needs. I got home to my chicken all cold, my daughter ice cream melted because it was too late to get her another by the time they were done, no napkins, and I ordered extra gravy and didn’t get that either. I hope the night manager gets something to help her with her temper or maybe just get a job that isn’t customer service and in charge of others. Weak leader.

  We ordered a snickers blizzard and a chocolate chip cookies dough blizzard. I wanted to order the brownie blizzard, or the chocolate extreme, or the NY strawberry blizzard but they were out of brownies and strawberries. I was really disappointed. The staff was friendly.

  If half a star were an option I would give them one. The girl on the headset couldn't understand a word I was saying. My burger was a mess. Fries were super salty. Only thing decent was the blizzard. Would not recommend this place. Should have went to chickfila.

  Well I decided to try me some Dairy Queen today. Pulled up to the restaurant and it was dead. I mean completely dead. Thankfully another car pulled up and walked in. So I got out and sauntered in myself. There was one man working and eventually a lady came over to take the order but it was several minutes after walking in. Then went and sat down and waited and waited. The basketball game on the radio went thru at least a quarter and a half. Food finally came out and my burger and rings were pretty good. Not great but better than other times there. Good but not great and that saddens me.
