    Raining when we were here, still received delicious sandwiches, and good service, if I'm in this area again I would have no problems stopping here again

    You don't expect perfection or a five-star meal when you go to fast food but I think it's a reasonable to expect what is supposed to be a fresh Burger to be hot when you get it. I'm not entirely sure how it's even possible what we ordered just a classic Sonic burger and some kind of a rap thingy and a junior burger from the value menu. When we got our food the classic burger was cold. Like actually cold to the touch the wrapper and all. Not room temperature not lukewarm but cold as if it had just come out of a fridge! The girl that served us Miss Emma was nice and polite and respectful but whatever was going on in the kitchen is a bit of a mystery. We had got there just a couple of minutes before closing but it's almost as if the guy inside had already turned off all of the cooking equipment and didn't want to clean it again so he just tried to wing it with whatever was left over. The wrap thing we got was literally just some wadded-up ball in what appeared to be a tortilla. It didn't even resemble the shape of a wrap it was literally a ball. Wadded up with sauce and whatever just all over the place inside the wrapper. What's worse is we spent the only $10 we had to our name to buy this food. We are traveling through and we were on our last $10 and wanted something hot to eat. It was supposed to be the first hot meal we had had in 4 days. When I brought it to Miss Emma's attention she apologized and offered to fix it only to return a few minutes later to tell me they could not deal with it and handed me a coupon in the cold Burger back. The cheese wasn't even melted! Moments after she initially served us they turned all of the lights off and left us sitting out there in the dark. I don't blame this on Emma. But this was probably the most disappointing and frustrating experience I've ever had at a fast food joint! Needless to say even if we had money we won't be taking our chances with Sonic anymore. I guess I'm going to go eat my coupon for the last ten dollars I had to my name. Thanks man

    I had an issue with my order & spoke with Arthur, the manager. He fixed the problem immediately. We've noticed since he's been the manager, the food has been great, the staff that are there now are polite. And the wait time is very minimal. The improvements over the last couple of years are definitely showing. I hope he and our community realized that. Thank you Sir for your dedication & hard work. Respectfully, The Emerson Family
