I was just passing through for work. I don’t know who made my Burritos it was on 11/13 around 4pm But they were the best burritos I ever had at any Taco Bell in my 30 years of life. Please get this person training other Taco Bell employees.

Ive tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but my gosh they need some serious help. The food is NEVER fresh, You have about a 1 in 3 chance of them getting the order wrong, and at this point im getting food that's not even complete. The photo is a steak street chalupa that looks like they didn't have enough meat cooked and did not want to have to cook more. So they just sprinkled the scraps and called it good. I have been in management/leadership positions almost my entire working life and can see a very clear lack of leadership and organization. I would love for this location to succeed as chandler could use a good taco bell. But at this rate I dont see any longevity to this location.

20 minutes for two burritos in the Drive-Thru. I guess I should be thankful they actually had everything in stock to place my order this time.

My entire order was messed up, something between the app to them.. none of the modifications I made on the app made it into my order. They fixed it anyways! Customer service was great! However not only was one of my chalupas still wrong… they gave me MAYBE 3 pieces of steak for my entire chalupa… I’m eating bread for dinner I guess. 😔😔

the girl laughed when i said i didn’t want ranch (valid who doesn’t like ranch) but then i still got ranch on it so😭 aside from that i don’t think ive had a really good experience here yet and i keep going back thinking they’ll prove me wrong but it never happens. :(
