They’re not busy maybe one car in five minutes through the drive-through and nobody at the terminals. They forgot my drink on top of it and when I requested to get my drink, they took up to 10 minutes to bring me my drink, and my straw was thrown at me on top of that. I am not happy with this sonic at all The customer service here is so rude and ridiculous. I’ve never seen a store more disrespectful in my life. And when I asked the guy for his name because he had no name tag on, he said it’s none of my business.

The food came out extremely fast and tasted absolutely incredible. Amazing service. I havent seen service like this in a very long time. Props to the crew working on August 3rd at 8:40 pm
