Either I get no chips with my cheese, my foods cold. Has condiments on it that aren’t supposed to be there, or they lie and tell me they are “out of beef”. They can’t do anything right even with the simplest order. If you’re going here, check your order. And expect something to be wrong. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review or even get upset at a little mess up here and there but it’s every time without fail.

I have never in my life gotten so many wrong orders, every time I come to this location something goes wrong, they even told me "we are out of beef" they constantly miss food on my order, and when they do and I try to get the order corrected my tacos and crunchwrap end up soggy. Do not eat here I have lived less than a mile away for almost a decade and they have never once gotten my order correct despite hundreds of chances. You should fire everyone here or close the store I cant believe how awful things are, and right next to the HardRock casino. THE WORST TACO BELL IN THE US I SWEAR!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

- JRJoey RaySep 15, 20251.0Ordered a chicken quesadilla at noon hour through drive thru when I looked at it the tortilla was not browned and was limp..So I took it back and asked for manager (Milissa) she looked at me lolike I was crazie I said I understand that your busy please make me another in an have it browned please. When I got back to my truck and tore the paper open the quesadilla was brown but it was shoved into the package and 1/4 of it was smashed and unable to eat with hand. So I took it back in and she was mad and said it's brown I tried to talk to her and let her know that wasn't the issue She was VERY rude and said I'll just refund you. I tried again to explain the issue and she didn't want to hear me out. I will be contacting corporate. For a manager she should always listen to the customer who pays her salary. Please don't let her be rude to you either report her if she is. Have a great wonderful day!
