  Place is always absolute disaster. I love Sonic but this place is slowest place I’ve ever been to. Today we went for 2 sonic blasts and 2 slushes. Waited for 30min and pressed the call button 2 different times to find out the status and the last time the said our drinks Were on their way. Still 5 minutes later still no drinks

  We went through the drive through and got an order, then decided to pull back around for another order of chili cheese tot. We waited almost 30 minutes at nearly midnight just to get home and my friend to take a bite of ice cold tater tots. I had mine 30 minutes ago and they were good to go, but then in that timeframe, our drinks damn near melted or are gone while we waited for the delivery of some icy cold tots. It surely damp end our night. Not to mention that there was a girl that wasn’t super sweet although she wasn’t rude. I do think she could give it a little bit better try. I work the same type of job and even though sometimes I don’t like it. I still smile and wave boys. Smile and wave.🫩

  One of the lesser Sonics I've been to, unfortunately. I'll be nice and give them a 3 for the time being. Hopefully they can and will improve and will fix the non-working stalls or at least put a sign out that says they are not working because it's super annoying to pull into one and then see it's not working and then have to pull out and into another one and hope that one's working.

  Multiple times no one answers the drive through so pull to the window just to get ignored for almost 5 minutes. Then almost 20 mins to get my food. Ive had many bad experiences with this sonic. They are giving sonic a bad rep.. they need to shut down or hire someone who can run a restaurant

  I ordered some food and ice cream. The 1 Oreo blast and i asked for and paid for extra Oreos and ordered one cookie dough blast and paid for extra cookie dough and told them i always pay for extra but never get it!!! I didn't get any extra in my blast at all and lets talk about how bad the service was. They took forever just to come to the window. The people were too busy flirting and yapping to each other. There was 1 employee doing everything while the others hung around laughing and chit chatting. The people behind us was mad thinking it was our fault but it wasn't! It was their fault! The only girl that was doing everything finally came to us. You could tell she seemed so tired of the people there that was " helping her" Anyway look at pictures and tell me how bad it is!!! They need to be putting a little on bottom and mix it in together! There is never any oreo or toppings in the ide cream!!! Since when is a blast vanilla ice cream eith a little bit of topping in top???? I am sick of no one making the blasts correctky and im sick of managers making these young kids suoervisor or shift managers and the store not being run correctly, unless the store maanger is there! The manager here is awesome but night crew and night manager stinks except the sweet lady who helped us!!
