Absolutely terrible management and customer service. Ordered for table delivery due to being disabled and the manager very rudely slapped the order down on the counter and shouted out my name to come pick it up. Ridiculous!

Worst McDonald's. Staff ignores the front completely and is ride when you finally get someone's attention. They print all the tickets out early to make their times look better but they take so long to do orders every time I stop in. I wouldn't post this is it was a one time event but it's every time.

Went through the drive thru and they didn’t secure the coffee lid. Coffee spilled all over my leg and car seat. The drives thru kid said “I should’ve checked to make sure it was on” he then tells another female employee and she starts laughing. Left blisters and burns on my leg and they took NO accountability.
In response to your response, you didn’t take it seriously and denied my claim. This was 100% the employees fault and he admitted to it. You can reach out to me if you take this very seriously.

I ordered from here an hour and a half before they close on door dash and they confirmed my order, they then were preparing my order for the entirety of the rest of their open hours to then hand the order off to a McDonald's that's an extra 15 miles away after wasting 2 different dashers time, they also ALWAYS mess up my order with even the most simple of task like not adding the chocolate drizzle to a mocha frap
