Came through the drive thru and they initially forgot our milk. No biggie, we were still there and they replaced it.
We get parked to eat there’s only 1 of our 3 hash browns in the bag. So, we head back to the store and my Wife heads in to ask for them. The guy behind the counter told her she was incorrect and that he “checked them himself.” Idk what to tell you, they weren’t there. My Wife bought 2 more as they refused to give her the missing hash browns.
I’ll make the drive to avoid this locations again.

November 4th, 2025 at around 11:45am, I pulled up to the drive thru, informed the lady I need a minute to look at the menu and she told me to order when you’re ready. She came back on the speaker in about a minute asking me if I was ready and I told her not yet , so literally about 5 seconds later she asked me again if I was ready with a bad attitude. There was no other cars behind me. There was one on the side of me and he already was putting in his order. There was no need to rush a person and be rude. I came in to order there was no one at the counter or in sight until a worker walked in but it was like I wasn’t there so I didn’t like the atmosphere so I left. If you don’t like working at McDonald’s then do whatever you need to do to change that. That is on you and your life choices. It’s not the customer’s fault that you’re miserable and hate your job! Go get some kind of education if you don’t have any and find you another job! Please!

Waited almost 20 minutes in line, then the food was not what I ordered. I understand it can be busy but I have been to way more busier locations and receive better service.

We asked if we could order at the counter and was rudely asked by the older woman “do you know how to use a phone?” She was rude enough that we walked out. She said she didn’t mean it, but she was sarcastic and didn’t deserve our business. Went to another McDonald’s that understands customer service.
