  Absolutely ridiculous experience with Papa Poblanos. My husband spent $74 on a carryout order, and they couldn’t even manage to include something as basic as salsa — no salsa for the chips, no salsa for the tacos… nothing. How does a Mexican restaurant mess that up? When we called, the manager just kept repeating “sorry” like a script, but offered ZERO solution. No refund, no remake, no store credit — nothing to fix their mistake. Just empty apologies and no accountability. For that kind of money, you expect at least the bare minimum, and they couldn’t even get that right. Terrible service and careless staff. We definitely won’t be coming back.

  I was really disappointed by my visit to [Restaurant Name]. I ordered a quesadilla, but honestly, it was missing a lot of the authentic flavor and aroma I was craving. When I called to give feedback, the customer service was really unhelpful and just left me feeling more frustrated. I was hoping for a much better experience and sadly, I won’t be returning

  Several items were missing from my order, even asking for more than once. This was extremely disappointing. I called to address the issue and nothing was done to fix it or make it right. Paying for food I didn’t receive and getting no help afterward is frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better since we have been here before. Management was not helpful at all and customer service was not what it used to be.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Papa Poblanos. Several items were missing from my order, including basic things like salsa for both the tacos and the chips. It’s frustrating to pay for a full meal and not receive everything that’s supposed to come with it. What made it worse was the lack of resolution. When I called to speak with a manager, all I got was repeated apologies but no real effort to fix the problem—no replacement, no refund, nothing. Customer service should be about making things right, not just saying “sorry” over and over. Overall, poor service and lack of attention to orders. I won’t be coming back.

  The food was very good! The only reason I would not give it five stars was that the service was a bit slow. The kids enjoyed their soft tacos deleting both of them quickly, and wife and I enjoyed our enchiladas. I’m not sure why, but the waiter thought I wanted queso on my enchiladas, which I did not, however they turned out good anyhow. They would have been better with traditional enchilada sauce, but that was lost in translation. All in all, I’d go back! Pretty good food.
