  This is the second time I have gotten the driest worst tasting pizza, it was supposed to be a pan pizza, it was a hand tossed pizza, with hardly any sauce, there was more crust than the actual pizza..the middle was small with hardly any cheese..so dry, no flavor. My family will not be ordering from here never again.. disgusting

  I called to place an order for my family and was immediately met with someone who sounded very rude and disrespectful at the beginning of the call. As i asked for different pizzas because i was about to order 8..i was hit with you guys being out of 3 different type of meats. I completely understood that and politely asked if we could get extra pepperoni in return but i got the phone hung up in my face. I called back and immediately got the phone hung up in my face again. Being an Executive Director for a company whose motto is to show genuine care and an organization whose core values are Yes.Excellence. SERVE i was very disappointed in the service from the woman that answered the phone today on 12/18/25 at 5:47pm. While I’m sure her actions do not reflect your whole organization it definitely did not protect the brand today. We took our services to dominoes and will continue to patronize other business’s while we’re in town.

  This place and I have had a our ups and downs . But my last experience with the super Supreme tavern crust was fantastic! Service is kinda slow. Pizza was great .

  If you don't want to stay hungry just don't order delivery from this place. I placed an order at 8:15 pm and it was confirmed by the restaurant. More than an hour later and about half an hour after their proposed delivery time, I called them to learn that my order was canceled because they didn't have a delivery guy. First of all, why even offer a service you don't have? But then if you do, how could you just leave me waiting for so long for nothing? They told me they tried to call me, and indeed I got a call from someone (not the official restaurant phone number) to only hear silence when I picked up the phone, and then nothing. They could at least text me or send an email if it was so hard to call for the second time. Even after I called them, their website still showed me my order as being prepared, I could easily wait until retirement for it and the employees of this restaurant wouldn't care. Last time I had a similar experience 6 years ago with Grubhub, so it'll be fair to say that this is the worst restaurant experience I've had in 6 years. Thank you for the ruined movie night! I attach a screenshot that shows the order as being prepared long after it has already been canceled by the restaurant.
