  Usually pretty good about getting orders correct....only had a few wrong in last couple of years or so but they always make things right with me. Very professional about it. Much appreciated.

  Brought to me very quickly everything hot and fresh everything soft and tended like it should be very good quality service delivery driver was it supposed to come for our came in less than 30 minutes I don't know if they got some new people working there since a couple months ago or whatever they're doing a better job

  My mother and I placed two separate orders as followed: Order #1 - Large pizza, parm bread bites, and a brownie. Order #2 - Medium pizza, loaded tots, and a sprite. Both orders placed around the same time at about 5:35. The app said they’d be ready by 6:00. My fiance drove to the drive thru window at 6:05. Said it would be another 15-20 minutes. No big deal. Came back around and there were two cars in front of him. Those cars didn’t move for almost 30 minutes, while our food most likely sat for all that time. I tried calling at least 5 times to see about wait times and if our order was ready or not since he was at a standstill in line. They never answered the phone during those 5+ attempts. Hopped over to check out the reviews to see if this is just a one time “bad day” for the establishment and turns out it’s been an ongoing issue for SEVERAL months. Wish I had checked out the reviews before ordering because an hour and a half later, my fiance is finally on his way home with our order. A “quick dinner” turned into a long, exhausting wait time for soggy pizza.

  Worst service ever. Waited 45 mins to find out my order hadn't even been started. Was told it would be around 45 more minutes. Mind you this is only 2 medium pizzas. Not some huge order. Dont waste your time people.

  I tried to order on the app and the app had issues processing my payment. The app told me to call the store so I did just for the phone to ring and ring. I stop by the store to see if my order went through or if I still needed to place the order just for the lady to tell me she has no clue about anything of the app. I said ok I’ll just order here since no one picked up the phone which by the way they just let the phone ring and ring and never pick it up! I seen that while I was waiting 30 minutes for my order.. then they made my order incorrectly but I took the order anyways since I been waiting for to long and my kids were hungry. Get home just to find the second pizza I ordered was RAW!!! Raw dough topped with so much grease and cut poorly….. when I told them about the issues with the app they discounted me which I appreciate and gave I gave a five dollar tip but just to find out they couldn’t even give me the right order and then it’s also raw…. Makes me miss Cesar’s
