Both orders placed around the same time at about 5:35. The app said they’d be ready by 6:00. My fiance drove to the drive thru window at 6:05. Said it would be another 15-20 minutes. No big deal. Came back around and there were two cars in front of him. Those cars didn’t move for almost 30 minutes, while our food most likely sat for all that time. I tried calling at least 5 times to see about wait times and if our order was ready or not since he was at a standstill in line. They never answered the phone during those 5+ attempts. Hopped over to check out the reviews to see if this is just a one time “bad day” for the establishment and turns out it’s been an ongoing issue for SEVERAL months. Wish I had checked out the reviews before ordering because an hour and a half later, my fiance is finally on his way home with our order. A “quick dinner” turned into a long, exhausting wait time for soggy pizza.
