  Next time you have an autistic kid with OCD in your dining room, could you wait till they leave to open all the windows shades? It absolutely doesn't effect you if he opens them.

  Front end people make it feel like you're a nuisance for even coming in there. I ordered a burger with jalapenos, but then they alerted me that they were out of them, but I was still charged for them. It was only .50 cents, but I should have been reimbursed. I was also charge 6 dollars for a fries and drink that I did not even want, but they gave me an extra sauce to make up for that.

  Every single time I go to this location a short older lady gives me a problem. Whether they forget my ranch and I go back through and she makes a sly comment about how she “definitely put the ranch in my bag” when she definitely didn’t or when she doesn’t fill my drink up all the way cause I don’t want ice. it’s so unnecessary and uncalled for, you are not losing any profits, even if I did go through and ask for an extra ranch or for you to top off my lemonade.

  I ordered my babies fries and nuggets I get home and paid for what I thought was a large and ended up paying extra for a small order of fries

  Location charges a full 25 cents for sauces. Just got to a different one.
