I saw one of the employees stick her hand in her pants and touched her butt. I was very grossed out about it and also uncomfortable with the situation. Everything else was fine the food and service was great, it was just the employee that made me uncomfortable.

I went to this location last night and ordered a $2.99 cheesy double beef burrito with the fiesta strips removed. I also ordered the nacho supreme dip with the beans removed. I ordered all thru the mobile app. There were 2 vehicles ahead of me and it took every bit of 20 minutes to get to the pickup window. Once at the pickup window 2 women were standing side by side at the window. The one closest to the register and window was wearing white food gloves with her left hand resting on the dirty and dusty open window ledge while the woman on the other side of her started coughing into her hand and then immediately reaching for napkins and condiments that she stuck in my bag before handing it to the woman wearing the gloves to hand out to me. I couldn’t believe I just witnessed how unsanitary both women had just been when touching the items they had just given me. I knew I was going to have to throw out the napkins and not use any of them since the woman had just coughed into her hands before touching them. When I got home and started to eat my food I noticed right away something didn’t taste right with my cheesy double beef burrito. It tasted like beans instead of beef and it was spicy. My digestion and acid reflux issues cannot do spicy OR beans without imminent repercussions. Upon opening the burrito up to look at the ingredients inside of it, my taste buds were correct. It was a bean burrito with their spicy red sauce, not at all what I had ordered. I had to throw the burrito away, a total loss on my behalf. I then opened up the supreme nacho dip and again was left in total shock to see that the little container was only filled with 1/4 of the dip that is usually served. The only thing they did get right was removing the beans from the supreme dip. Because I am an elderly woman on a very tight fixed income of less than $6.00 for an entire day, this only allows me to eat once a day. I am also handicapped and can not walk, it wasn’t even feasible for me to physically struggle and waste more time and the high gas prices to drive all the way back to this taco bell to have them give me what I actually paid for instead of the lower priced items of what they gave me instead. Now not only am I now having to going hungry but I am hoping I don’t become sick from one of their employees spreading their coughing germs to the items they touched before putting in my bag. Whoever manages this store should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such slow service for few customers while ripping people off by giving them less valued items than they paid for and the unclean sanitary health issues that are happening here.

Ordered food only to get home to a bunch of food missing and food that wasn’t made correctly. Tried calling the store to get a refund for the food I paid for but didn’t receive and of course no answer.

Came through the drive through. The girl handed me my two large sodas, the lids were not labeled so I asked which was which. She didn’t know. Instead of taking big swig of the wrong drink I smelled to see which was Dr Pepper. She immediately looked me disgusted and turned to tell a coworker in which they both started laughing. I didn’t care, but my 12 year old did. We get home, and our tacos had no meat. Just lettuce and cheese. Wrong order, unlabeled, served w attitude.
