I ordered a 44oz Coke and a 8 piece mozzarella sticks and waited 35 minutes to receive my order. This isn’t the first time at this location, but will be the last time Sonic gets a penny from me. I’ve deleted the app and done with the bullshit.

The wait times are simply too long. I shouldn't have to wait 20+ minutes for one combo meal. This has been my experience for months and I don't understand what the problem is.

Got there at 8:10 pm, placed an order of 2 items, small fry and a medium vanilla shake with cookie dough. Did not receive anything 8:30 and we had to press the button again and were told the order was no longer there. Even though the screen tracked the progress of it being made and that Naomi was on the way. Few minutes later someone came out and gave us the items, there was no cookie dough in shake except for what was sprinkled on top, and it wasn't even cold and the fries were upside down in the bag. It was supposed to be a quick little treat and it turned into a waste of time and money.

I ordered cheese tots and they were inedible cold stale ,hard like a brick , and when I called up there to the "manager "she said she couldnt do nothing , I let her know I don't. Want a refund just conversation she couldnt even do that because it was ordered through door dash and that They rotate the cheese tots every 30 mins I think they actually hate people or are lazy either way the issue was not resolved she hung up on me
Im not sure how you can get better as a business if your 'manager' hangs up amd is avoidant get out of food business if you can't Deal with customers ....
