    You know whats sad? i have a Wingstop a mile from my house that has a really bad outside atmosphere (i dont live in the best part of town) and the Broken Arrow location is 12 miles from my house but the B.A location is the only one i will visit, the food is always awesome,they have the best lemon pepper wings Ive ever tasted and im a wing connoisseur extraordinaire. Once the Right Wing closed down about 10 years ago Wingstop took their place, none else will do, the people in the B.A location are always nice and all are hard workers and really courteous, whoever manages that place knows what they are doing, thank you for a great experience.

    I'm a delivery driver and I absolutely hate when I have to come here. Every single employee I've interacted with at this location is horribly rude. They always seem so inconvenienced to do their job. If you ask them a question, they roll their eyes or audibly sigh or completely just ignore you. There have been times I've had to go outside to get an employee because they're making out th girls in the parking lot. The kitchen is always blasting extremely vulgar music. I would prefer not to hear racial slurs and repeated swearing without my consent. I'm also pretty sure they have never ever cleaned the soda machine in the lobby. It's disgusting and sticky and it smells really bad. Buffalo Wild Wings is just around the corner. Save yourself and just go there. I see Wingstop responding to other comments with the "contact us" link. I've filled that out twice and received no response. JUST DO BETTER.

    On December 19, 2025, I placed an online order of boneless and traditional wings for a party I was attending. The site allowed me to select a time and when I headed over, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. I should have double checked then because the bag felt light but in a hurry... and when I got to the party and unpacked not even half of my order was there. I called and was told they could remake but it would take an hour. They offered an option of a refund, which I accepted. Since it was an online order, I was told the manager would have to initiate the refund process. I called multiple times and spoke to Charlie (?), who was friendly but had little follow through. I forwarded my receipt email by text and she said it had been submitted. After waiting a month, I emailed the address she gave me myself, requesting a refund. I received no reply and no refund. I paid for items that were never received. Almost 2 months later I am pretty sure that was all wasted effort! Their service is terrible! I will never visit a Wingstop again and will definitely head to BWW for my next party! Update: After my review I was provided a contact email that did respond and immediately refunded the purchase. Thanks WingStop!

    This is the 3rd time I've ordered a 40 piece mixed bone-in and was given only 4 flats. It's a poor practice to withhold the flats unless someone pays extra for all flats. I've said nothing the first 2 times, but it appears to be their standard practice to not send flats unless you pay extra. Also, when I called to inquire about it, I was cutoff in the middle of a sentence and placed on a 5 minute hold. He didn't say anything, just clicked the hold button. We enjoy the actual food from WingStop but this is poor business.
