They forgot our drinks in the drive thru. Tried to go around front and doors were locked before closing time. The short lady saw me and wouldn’t come to the door. She would only point to the drive through. Mind you this is 9:55pm and it says they close at midnight. The food was cold and stale. Terrible customer service. The short older lady was rude, when I was really nice about it. I just wanted my drinks that I paid for. I had gotten off my car in the rain. She knew they forgot my drinks and still made me go back through the drive thru instead of taking them to me. Had to wait behind 7 cars. Absolutely the worst service.

I spent 30 minutes in line tonight (Tuesday, September 16, at 5:45 PM) just to get a kids’ meal and chicken nuggets. I had asked for sauces with my order, but it still took about 20 minutes for the food to come out. After that, I was told to wait at the window even longer. After I got my food, the window was really shutting my face before I could say I needed ranch and honey mustard again.
At the window were two employees a man with a beard and very unkempt nails, and a woman with black hair and a “bun”. The woman initially tried to charge me again for my order, even though the man had already run my card. Once that was sorted, she said she’d grab the sauces, but instead she immediately pulled out her phone and started scrolling right in front of me. I had to wave down the man again, who just waved back at me until I clarified I still needed help. I even asked if the woman was seriously just on her phone while I’d already been waiting nearly 30 minutes with a child in the car.
For such a small order on a Tuesday evening, this experience felt incredibly neglectful and rude. Also the food was stale lol
