  I got a nutella açaí bowl and also paid extra for more Nutella, but all i got in return was a line of nutella. I also thought they may have put nutella under the topping but did not. I am extremely disappointed.

  a lady working there was incredibly rude. my smoothie that i order multiple times a week did not have peanut butter and she proceeded to argue that it did. i said im not trying to argue and she snatched the drink out of my hand and threw it in the trash… on top of that she was rude at the window and rolled her eyes at me for no apparent reason.. so thanks to that lady i will never ever spend my money at the tropical smoothie on hill side drive.

  Went there to pick up my mobile order and they didn’t cut my quesadilla, there was barely any cheese on my quesadilla, and my smoothie has no flavor, pretty much just blended ice. Employees definitely might need some more training. Mostly upset bc I chose to eat there after a rough and long shift at work so I was really looking forward to eating.

  Cant believe this place is still pressuring tipping at the drive thru. I used to go here at least 4 times a week since 2017 but a few months ago they started pressuring tipping in the drive thru and were pretty rude when you didnt tip sometimes (like wouldnt even respond when i said thank you) and im a bartender and knowing how much i do to get a 20% tip from one person id never give that to a drive thru cashier especially since theyre already getting paid hourly unlike restraunt workers and its a 2 minute interaction like what "service" am i even tipping for in a drive thru? You dont even swipe my card for me. So i stopped going thinking theyll eventually realize how ridiculous it is to pressure tipping in the drive thru especially since nobody else in this whole town or neighboring city does that. Then i go back for the first time today to find out not only have they kept the ridiculous drive thru tip pressuring, but the attitude of the workers has gotten WAY worse, definitely the worst in BA (which is funny since its the only place expecting a tip). From like 2017 till about a year ago the service was amazing always so friendly, helpful, and happy to do any modifications or answer any questions, and of course didnt expect a tip to be friendly, which is why i went almost everyday for lunch for years. But now they just look annoyed at you for even coming and dont say a word to you, not when you pull up, not when they hold out the tip button, not when you say thank you, nothing... they dont even look at you. This whole tipping thing has obviously changed the mindset of the people working here. How sad to watch a business i used to love become the one place i avoid now.

  I order Baja chicken wrap, this is the avocado inside, dark, tastes bitter. I don’t know how long the avocado has been sitting outside.
