  Did i just seriously get charged $30 for a medium baha blast and cheese quesidilla WE DID NOT GET-and #8. The food was not edible. My niece didnt get her food. So I paid $30 for a medium drink and large pepsi??!!!!?? Pathetic

  It’s extremely hit or miss. And if it’s a miss- (drive thru) be prepared to pull around and sit in a parking lot for over an hour with 8 other cars. I was the second person to pull around and I waited for 2 HOURS for 3 items and a drink. It’s one specific girl ever. Single. Time. She may have a slower disability but she is extremelyyyyy rude & won’t tell you how long the wait is until AFTER you pay. Then when confronted everyone you were in front of in line is gone, she looks at YOU like you’re an inconvenience or asking to much for the food you’ve paid for. If she’s on the intercom I will immediately leave. She’s the worst and she’s tanking this specific store. Everyone else is amazing. But when she’s working expect an extreme wait time. Absolutely ridiculous

  Annabelle and the rest of the nightshift but Annabelle specifically is so kind and fast with taking orders and getting you your food, its always fresh and always great. When I come through I hope Annabelle is working cause i know it will be good service and good food

  Obviously I know I can make my own food but if I pay for three tacos and a Pepsi I don't understand how that takes almost 40 minutes and people will keep getting their food behind me. I asked politely why things are taking so long and she just said they're just getting done out of order and they're moving slow and that's just how tonight's going. No thanks

  Got a moldy cheesy gordita. Filed a report on the app just wanting a refund. It's been over a week and no correspondence from taco bell at all. Crazy. Went ahead and reported the location to the health department.
