$7.19 + tax for a little nacho cheese chicken chalupa...and they still managed to leave one out of my order. I'm so fatigued from getting home and missing food. Why do I need to hold up the entire drive-thru digging through my order? $45 for a small meal shared between 3 people.

I went to this taco bell to get lunch at 12p.m. I was greeted at the drive thru very rudely and I asked for one thing and he just kept saying what else do you want and is that all with alot of attitude. I never leave bad reviews but I am outraged with the service I experienced here the people here are usually so nice and they always ask if id like to round my order up witch I do but he was rude about that to. I get people have bad days but I work management in customer service and that is not the kind of person that you want as the face of the business it make ALL of you look bad and puts a bad taste in my mouth about this place. I definitely will not be back to this location.

The employees CANNOT make a taco without completely breaking it into 5 pieces. When you go to take it out the wrapper it’s falls apart in your hands. Happens every time I order something with a taco. They don’t offer sauce, you must request it or go back through the drive thru again second time after you’ve waited on the side because they asked you to pull around while your order is being made.

awful honestly. mobile order placed at 7:02pm, pick up time was scheduled 7:30pm, arrived to location at 7:15pm, checked in just fine and was given baja blast freeze, no big deal. 7:35 came around and still no food, but customers who came in after i did had their food and were gone well before. around 7:45 the freeze was melting and had just received food. the mobile order was being talked abt by associates on if it’s been out or not, but some items from said order was missing. an associate came to the counter after a few minutes and customers were being helped in the drive thru, talked to said associate and had missing items made and freeze remade due to it melting from waiting for so long 😀. didn’t leave with entire order until almost 7:50pm. i don’t know if it’s a hiring issue, or associates themselves, but this was such an awful experience.

Placed an order for online pick up tonight for a family of 4. Total of $57+ and set the pickup for 7:30. My son arrived at 7:14 and the Baja freeze was waiting already. 7:30 came and went, part of the order was missing and by the time they were headed home, 7:52. And there was STILL things missing.
Maybe I would have just chalked this up to a normal fast food issue. They happen. The whole order is literally on a screen in front of you but whatever. My issue is, for the trouble, the employee so generously added a coupon for a single free taco. One. Taco. On an almost $60 order that they totally screwed up.
Worst Taco Bell location and that’s REALLY saying something.
