  I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell. If I could give them zero stars I would!! I went to order and the lady that took our order was so hateful. She sounded like she was high and talked so slow it was painful to even get through the order. I asked about the limited time special she just snapped they don’t have that instead of politely saying they were out. She kept saying anything else after everything I was trying to order. Customer service makes or breaks a place, and this was honestly one of the worst interactions I’ve had at a drive-thru. It felt unprofessional and completely unwelcoming. I understand everyone has bad days, but being rude and dismissive to customers isn’t okay. Definitely won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

  this taco bell was so good a couple months ago but the workers seem to have changed the girl at the drive through is so stale and just doesn’t seem to want to be there makes me feel like an inconvenience every time and i work nearby so i come here quite often

  Went to the bathroom here and saw a worker NOT WASH THEIR HANDS. Absolutely disgusting 🤦‍♂️

  don’t understand how Taco Bell can be out of both beef AND beans. Like… how are you out of the literal foundation of your entire menu? Your name is Taco Bell — not “Chicken and Potatoes Bell.” I drove here expecting tacos, not disappointment. And to make it worse, the food I did get tasted awful. The chicken was nasty, dry, and had a weird flavor that made it basically inedible. If you’re going to run out of the main ingredients and serve food that tastes this bad, at least put a sign up before people waste their time and gas. Completely ridiculous. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

  If I could post a zero star across the board I would. The store has posted hours of being open until 3AM on Friday and Saturday but they close at least 30 minutes earlier because I arrived after work at 2:30am. Not to mention the girl that was still there (not working, saying they were closed) was so high she couldn’t comprehend, first I’m not “DoorDash” and second, I’m asking about the posted hours that are literally 1 foot away on the window…..
