It right out to me. I tried to redeem a coupon because I’d sat there for so long, might as well get a drink and I waited for another
Almost 20 min. The woman I ordered the drink from asked “they haven’t gotten it to you yet?” There was literally her and one other guy. Who’s they????? I asked for some sort of coupon she wouldn’t get me one but that I could talk to a manager, but it would take a long time. Such bad customer service on her part and whatever system

DOESNT WORK. As I was NOT the only one who waited 30+ min. Another woman came out of her car and made a scene.
And the girl that worked there’s excuse

Don’t even bother ordering on the app for this location. Actively been sitting checked in for over 20 minutes and have seen multiple people order their food after I pulled up and they got their food before me. The point of ordering ahead is to get your food faster, not wait longer than the people ordering after you. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue from this location and they need to do better

Ordered online, at site already in stall/bay for pickup. Receipt lists 5:37 as time, with delivery expected at 5:44. When food didnt come by 5:52 I went and banged on door for service. Final receipt from store lists 5:53. Food was cold, probably had been sitting there. Second time in last 30 days this has happened with online order, both times had to knock on door for help.
